SAOL Media

SAOL Media (pronounced SEAL; Irish word for “Life”)  is an Outreach Program of An Tobar Nua. We believe the truth and beauty of the Christian faith has the power to change the lives of young people. SAOL Media was created to meet the needs of the Irish education curriculum, in an effort to share the truth and Hope of Christ across public schools in Ireland. As a result, our faith-based teaching resources are high quality, professional media resources to support the education and formation of young people across Ireland.

Testimonials

I use SAOL on a regular basis particularly with Junior Cert students. I love it as a resource. The videos, the discussion questions, journaling etc. give a lot of scope and flexibility. It’s amazing too that it’s all online and so accessible.

Teacher review

Thanks to all the team who work so hard on all our behalf’s to create a concrete resource for teaching, but who also keep me as an RE teacher and chaplain open and reflecting on the day to day of my life, as the resource touches all people of all ages.

Teacher review

I wish to commend you and your colleagues on the tremendous volume of work you have undertaken in support of Religious Education. As you are probably discovering, we are part of an enterprise that is forever evolving and inviting us to new horizons, personally and professionally. I do need to spend some time on your website. Your introduction yesterday was A1.
